Time stop-start shots filmed with Timetrack 80 lens 66 degree curved camera with Mitchell Frieze 35R5 cameras mounted on the ends. The frozen elements were shot in front of blue screen so that the CG backgrounds (and in some cases live action talent) could be dropped in.


The live action talent was shot with a locked off camera and were directed to turn their bodies slightly so that it felt like they were rotating along with the other elements in the shot. In theory they should have been shot with moco or on a turntable (or with the same Timetrack camera) but the cheat looks fine because we don't see their lower body or feet / ground anyway.
